The MAS Program offers a number of approaches to acquiring complete solutions. CTAs enable two or more vendors to present a team approach to providing solutions, different from a prime contractor/subcontractor type of relationship. Also, it may be beneficial to an organization to award BPAs for recurring requirements, to make the ordering process easier and to take advantage of the potential to obtain reduced pricing.
