To contact a property manager or find updated building information, browse to the proper state listing above. In general, federal building hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except during federal holidays. Visitors having business with specific agencies within a federal building are advised to check with that agency for its respective business hours and specific entry requirements (e.g., photo identification).
The GSA Great Lakes Region provides real estate and related services to nearly 100 federal customer agencies, garnering an 86 percent "very satisfied" rating on the 2009 GSA/Gallup Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
GSA's Great Lakes Region designs, constructs, and manages a portfolio of federal office buildings, courthouses, land ports of entry (border stations), warehouses, and laboratories. GSA also offers a full range of reimbursable real estate services and negotiates leases for federal agencies residing in privately-leased space.
