Center for Innovative Acquisition Development

The goal of the Center for Innovative Acquisition Development, formerly the Center for Services Acquisition, is to provide a broad spectrum of professional services to its customers within the federal government, specializing in the service areas of finance, strategic sourcing, and emergency preparedness and response recovery contracting.

Procurement professionals design and implement Multiple Award Schedules (MAS), also known as GSA Schedules, and a variety of blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) that provide the federal community with direct access to industry experts and help to streamline the whole federal procurement process.

Under the following programs, the Center for Innovative Acquisition Development has contracted with small business and 8(a) firms, as well as nationally recognized leaders in their fields. Comprehensive, yet flexible, GSA Schedules and BPAs are designed to assist government customers to achieve their goals.
