The Professional Engineering Services (PES) provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies to access qualified firms in the engineering disciplines of mechanical, electrical, chemical, components of civil engineering, and sub-disciplines such as aerospace, nuclear, bioengineering, and marine architecture.
