GSA to Contact Recovery Act Prime Recipients

During the ARRA Recipient Reporting October 2009 Reporting Cycle, the PBS Recovery PMO and Office of Acquisition Management established an Outreach Call Center to assist prime recipients of Recovery Act funding with the first cycle of reporting in FederalReporting.gov.  The Outreach Call Center was dedicated to assisting prime recipients in registration, reporting, and data corrections.  As the reporting cycle officially ended on, Friday, October 30, the call center has halted operation.  However, the call center will resume outreach activities for the January 2010 Reporting Cycle in December to assist new recipients with registration.  As such, beginning Monday, November 2, 2009 please direct all recipient questions to 1-800-PBS-VEND or ARRAPMO@gsa.gov

Purpose of the Outreach Call Center

The purpose of the Outreach Call Center is to contact prime recipients of the Recovery Act to ensure they have registered on www.FederalReporting.gov. Recipients must be registered before they can enter their reporting data on the site starting.

The Outreach Call Center's purpose is to assist prime recipients, and to confirm that they:

  1. understand their reporting responsibilities and deadlines;
  2. are registered on FederalReporting.gov;
  3. have received the PBS recipient reporting guidance and pre-populated Microsoft Excel templates; and
  4. are receiving assistance with GSA PBS Recovery Act related questions.
