Throughout Indiana, GSA manages space in more than 100 leased and 50 owned buildings, including five courthouses.

GSA's newest Indiana building, the Hammond U.S. Courthouse (opened in 2002), received special recognition for design excellence in the 2004 GSA Design Awards competition. In the fall of 2008, the Courthouse also won a local Building Operators and Managers Association Office Building of the Year (BOMA TOBY) award in the government building category.

To report a maintenance problem or for other facility related questions, GSA customers in Hammond or South Bend should call the Greater Chicagoland Service Center at (219) 852-2743, while GSA customers in all other Indiana locations should call the Southern Illinois-Indiana Service Center at (217) 492-4270.
