Federal agency clients receive a full scope of realty services including space planning, space programming, and design services; construction management services; and advisory services to develop the best housing solutions for their space needs. The Mid-Atlantic Region, based in Philadelphia, can tailor workplace solutions for federal agencies in Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and portions of Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia.

Federal agencies looking for space can count on GSA to:
