Satellite Services are an important part of an agency's technology and telecommunications solution. Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) provides the government with reliable communications where no wire line or wireless infrastructure exists. Federal, state, local, and tribal governments rely on commercial satellite communications to maintain essential and secure communications, particularly for emergency responders, disaster recovery teams, and the war fighter. Satellite Services also supports distance learning and remote access to global government networks.

SATCOM II

End-to End Solutions, Bandwidth, Equipment, Operations, Maintenance IDIQ Fixed Price contracts.  Includes both Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) and Mobile Satellite Services (MSS).

Fixed Satellite Service provides (a) dedicated and reliable satellite based transmission for Agency-specific data networks and mission critical applications where landline access may not be available, (b) wideband video broadcast transmission.  Mobile Satellite Service provides an end-to-end connection for all calls, whether between MSS users or MSS and wireline and Cellular users via contractor’s gateway earth-stations.

Networx Universal

Includes both Fixed Satellite Services and Mobile Satellite Services. Allows remote access to and extends the reach of an agency’s global enterprise network.

Includes owning/operating or reselling dedicated bandwidth and power on a communications satellite in any available COMSATCOM frequency band, including, but not limited to, L-, S-, C-, X-, Ku-, extended Ku-, Ka-, and UHF.
Available for Federal, State, and Local Use.
SIN 132-55 Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) Subscription Services

Includes COMSATCOM Subscription Services consisting of pre-existing, pre-engineered Fixed Satellite Service and/or Mobile Satellite Service solutions, typically including shared or dedicated satellite resources, ancillary terrestrial components, and Contractor specified networks and equipment, in any available COMSATCOM frequency band, including, but not limited to, L-, S-, C-, X-, Ku-, extended Ku, Ka-, and UHF.
Available for Federal, State, and Local Use.
