  3. I received word that there was a pre-bid conference scheduled for May 3, 2002. Is there an official announcement indicating the time, date and place? I have been unable to locate further information on the eps.gov site.

    The pre-submittal conference has not been scheduled. The time and date will be posted on the website when and if a pre-submittal conference is scheduled.

  4. What is the proposed location within the site for the DOT project?
