The Solicitation for Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) (Solicitation Number FCXB-F4-020002-B) was refreshed July 7, 2009, and is available only through FedBizOpps.

To navigate through FedBizOpps, follow these instructions:
- In the “Vendors/Citizens” block select "Find Opportunities"
- Select "Advanced Search" Tab
- Scroll down to select "Specific Agency/Office/Location" and in the block that appears below type "General Services Administration/Federal Acquisition Service" and hit "Enter".
- Beneath the agency selection block, click button to "Show/Update Office Locations For Selected Agencies".
- In the revealed listing select "Federal Acquisition Service (FAS)/Center for Services Acquisition", then scroll to bottom of page and hit the "Search" button.
- Scroll down listing and select “R--Financial and Business Solutions”.
