Travel Consulting Services Under Schedule 599

Customer agencies may utilize Special Item Number 599-1 (SIN 599-1) under Travel Services Solutions (TSS) Schedule 599 to procure expert travel consulting services.

Travel Consulting Services contractors provide professional advice and/or information on travel related matters. Some of the many offerings under SIN 599-1 include:

  • Developing strategies for migration and adoption of E-Gov Travel Service;
  • Improving aspects of the travel process to realize cost and/or administrative savings;
  • Reengineering business processes;
  • Developing policy; and
  • Developing customer satisfaction surveys.
