Reporting Vehicle Problems
GSA maintains records of GSA and/or government vehicle defects to analyze automotive quality deficiency trends, and expedite corrective action. Defects or problems can include:
- Major drive train repairs;
- Pattern of replacing the same part across a specific vehicle line;
- Vehicle fires;
- Vehicles delivered damaged or with missing parts; and
- Warranty non-performance.
To submit a deficiency report, complete a GSA Vehicle Quality Deficiency Report and email it to raymond.wood@gsa.gov.
Standard maintenance; i.e., oil changes, brake repairs need not be reported unless the repair does not solve the problem.
