8(a) STARS Ordering Guide
Please Note! GSA has exercised option two of the 8(a) STARS GWAC. Pursuant to the option, the 8(a) STARS GWAC industry partners were required to re-represent their size status. Contracting officers must review the 8(a) STARS Industry Partner section for more information. The ordering guide has been updated to reflect these actions.
The following documents contain the ordering guide information for the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC. The information in the following attachments is subject to change so please check back frequently for updates.
Note: Federal buyers who wish to use the 8(a) STARS GWAC must receive contract overview training and be granted a written delegation of procurement authority prior to issuing task orders, whereupon they will become Ordering Contracting Officers (OCOs).
