Alliant Contract Holders
The Alliant contract is no longer open to new prime contractors. However, interested businesses may have the opportunity to subcontract with one or more Alliant prime contractors. Subcontracting is a means to enhance your qualifications to becoming more competitive and to perform as a "prime contractor" on future federal contracts. Your firm should be prepared to present your unique business value by contacting the Alliant prime contractors' Program Manager and/or Subcontracting Coordinator listed in the attached document. Familiarize yourself with the Alliant Basic Contract scope, as well as other terms and conditions of the contract before pursuing work under the Alliant program. You may also demonstrate your value as a subcontractor/teaming partner by bringing a prospective project to the business relationship.
The following document contains a listing of Alliant contract holders. The attachment contains Contract Numbers, DUNS, Company Names, and the Company Program Manager Contact Information. All contract holders must be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for all orders in accordance with FAR 16.505 unless an exception to fair opportunity in FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)-(iv) applies. There are several ways to participate in the Fair Opportunity process:
-
-
E-Buy (Registration Required)
-
Before sending an RFI/RFQ/RFP through the e-Buy, ITSS, and/or Alliant webpage, you must have successfully attended a GWAC Overview training and be issued a Delegation of Procurement Authority to use the Alliant contract.
