Industry Partner Contacts

The CONNECTIONS program is broken down into three separate categories. Each category contains a list of awardees. Some contractors were awarded in multiple categories. The table below contains email distribution lists that a Designated Agency Official (DAO) for ordering could utilize to notify the appropriate vendors when competing an opportunity. This list was developed to assist DAOs in complying with Section 16.505(b) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

In addition, the CONNECTIONS Procuring Contracting Officer has determined that due to the way CONNECTIONS was structured and awarded, if a DAO chooses to issue a Delivery/Task Order Request, it must go to all CONNECTIONS awardees within that particular category. In other words:

  • Equipment requests must go to all eight Category 1 awardees;
  • Support services requests must go to all 13 Category 2 awardees; and, 
  • Solutions requests must go to all eight Category 3 awardees.

All contractors within a category should be able to compete equally for any order within that category.

For example, if a DAO was competing an opportunity for Category 1 (i.e., Equipment & Services), they would use the email addresses in list one to distribute their Request for Quote to all of the vendors awarded in that category.
