History
GSA’s FSS field office supplied services for federal government agencies across the western United States from 1963 to the early 1990’s. Located throughout the DFC were nine miles of railroad tracks that allowed trains to drop off GSA supply deliveries to Building 810. Once supplies were in the building, smaller shipping carts were tugged throughout the building to ship products to the necessary areas for processing.
