ownWITS 3 is replacing WITS 2001

The WITS 3 contract provides a full suite of voice solutions - from traditional Centrex to managed VOIP solutions. Customers can order telephone services, internet access, or large project integration services.

Agency customers have the flexibility to work directly with the WITS 3 service providers - Level (3) Communications and Verizon Business - or with GSA's centralized ordering and billing processes.

WITS2001 customers using Verizon should contact their customer account manager to schedule a transition to WITS 3 assistance meeting.

Qwest customers under the WITS2001 contract can order unrestricted through May 12, 2010, as Qwest remains a service provider on MAA Crossover to the WITS2001 contract through May 2010.

To learn more about WITS 3, and how to place orders, browse the WITS 3 Fair Opportunity page (a nongovernment site) or contact the customer account manager.
