Mid-Atlantic Region Buildings

The Mid-Atlantic Region 3 is home to approximately 90 federally owned buildings and 640 leased regional facilities. The Region manages over 33.9 million square feet of government owned and leased space. Please follow the state links for a listing of significant GSA owned and operated buildings in the region:

• Delaware
• Maryland (excluding Montgomery and Prince George’s counties*)
• New Jersey (southern)
• Pennsylvania
• Virginia (excluding the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties*)
• West Virginia

*Note: Federal buildings located within these areas are served by GSA’s National Capital Region.
Exceptions to these territorial boundaries in Virginia and Maryland include Region 3’s management of all SSA leases and select courthouses and U.S. Courts leased space within NCR territory.

In general, federal building hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors having business with specific agencies within a federal building are advised to check with that agency for its respective business hours.
