- Delaware,
- Maryland (excluding Montgomery and Prince George's counties*),
- New Jersey (southern),
- Pennsylvania,
- Virginia (excluding the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties*),
- West Virginia, and
- Europe, Africa, and the Middle East).
