05/24/2012 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reviewed  Area Air and Sub-Slab Air  Quarterly Monitoring Report-Buildings 1 and 2 These are the conclusions from Area Air  and Sub-Slab Air Quarterly Monitoring Report Buildings 1 and 2.
04/12/2012 Area Air and Sub-Slab Air Quarterly Monitoring Report. Based on the results of sub-slab, indoor, and ambient air sampling event, Terracon recommends continued quarterly air sampling for VOCs, per the site specific Work Plan/QAPP
04/03/2012 Area Air and Sub-Slab Air Quarterly Monitoring Report Buildings 1 and 2. Based on the results of the sub-slab, indoor, and ambient air sampling event, Terracon recommends continued air sampling for VOCs on an semi-annual to annual basis. The calculated cancer risks levels for the identified PCBs are within the range considered acceptable by the EPA.
01/20/2012 This report presents the results of area air and sub-slab air sampling conducted for the General
Services Administration (GSA) at the Bannister Federal Complex (BFC), specifically Building 4,
located at 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
Contaminant migrations may exist through perforations in the building foundation slab.
However, based on identified contaminant concentrations identified in the indoor air and crawlspace samples collected, it does not appear that contaminants are migrating to the employee-occupied spaces located above the crawlspace at concentrations above the Site-Specific Screening Levels.
01/11/2012 Quarterly  Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling Report Buildings 1 & 2 Based on the results of ground water sampling,vinyl chloride and n-Nitrosodi-n-propylamine are present on-site above the EPA Risk Screen Level for tap water.
2011
12/22/2011 Area Air and Sub-Slab Air Quarterly Monitoring Report Buildings 1 and 2. Based on the results of the slab, indoor, and ambient air sampling, continued quarterly air sampling for VOCs, per the site specific Work Plan/QAPP. The calculated cancer risks levels for the identified PCBs are within the range that is considered acceptable by the EPA.
12/13/2011 Area Air and Sub-Slab Air Quarterly Monitoring Report Buildings 1 and 2. Based on the results of the quarterly sub-slab, indoor, and ambient air sampling performed to-date, Terracon recommends continued quarterly air sampling for VOCs, per the site specific Work Plan/QAPP.

06/30/2011 Area Air and Surface Dust Monitoring Report. Air monitoring results do not indicate concentrations of beryllium,uranium, or yttrium at concentrations above the laboratory reporting limits.The laboratory reporting limits did not exceed the applicable EPA Industrial RSLs.
06/16/2011 This document contains a report from the General Services Administration on limited removal from utility tunnel between Buildings 1 and 50. Limited removal of PCBs from unoccupied space. Subsequent air testing clear.
02/16/2011 This document is U.S. Department of Agriculture's results of an air quality assessment in their subbasement office space. Results show no beryllium and no elevated levels of any other contaminant.
02/01/2011 This document is the results of an indoor air quality assessment performed as part of an ongoing safety and environmental management plan. Mold was detected above normal levels. Abatement of moldy materials was subsequently performed. Other results were:  All buildings acceptable.
01/24/2011 This document is the results of an Indoor Air Quality Assessment performed as part of ongoing safety and environmental mgmt. All building readings were within current acceptable guidelines.
01/11/2011 This document is the results of a drinking water sample taken in room P04A2. Report shows no elevated levels of chemicals present.

12/08/2010 This document is a report on drinking water testing in room 1118E. The results of the testing shows no copper, Iron or other suspended solids.
06/30/2010 This document reports on Volatile Organic Compound sampling in the USDA Mall office following rain water leak. Results of air samples collected inside around offices for Volatile Organic Compounds in groundwater and soil. All the results were below the Environmental Protection Agency screening levels and acceptable.
05/04/2010 This document highlights the General Services Administration tenant briefing conducted with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs employees were provided clarification on what had been reported in the press, information on what General Services Administration is currently doing and other questions regarding air and water quality.
05/04/2010 This document is the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) contractor report on dust and air sampling for metals. Air sampling was conducted at four locations in the Department of Veteran Affairs office. Samples detected no Beryllium, lead or any of the other 11 metals tested..
02/16/2010 This document highlights the results of Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) surface sampling on the floor of the roof-top transformer room at Bannister. Sampling is routine. Testing results show floor is sealed clean.
02/05/2010 This document contains the results of beryllium dust and air testing performed at various locations in Building 1 by an independent General Services Administration contractor at Bannister. Initial results indicate no beryllium was found.
01/06/2010 This document contains the results of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Mall level space testing for beryllium and general air quality. No beryllium detected in any sample.

11/30/2009 This document contains the results of the FY-2010 Ventilation check of Mail Handling Hood at the Bannister Complex. Ventilation for mail service was found to work properly.
09/11/2009 This document contains the results of Volatile Organic Compound Sampling in the Mall level at Bannister. Results showed either nothing detected or levels well below values of concern.
02/01/2009 This document is the results of a Noise Survey for NOAA/ DOC, Building 1, 1500 E. Bannister Road. Sampling was in sawing areas. While levels were high, exposure duration should not exceed OSHA levels for DOC workers

03/15/2008 This document is the results of an Indoor Air Quality test at the General Services Administration. Mold sampling in air was requested in building 1 based on employee concerns. No abnormal mold levels were found.
