| 02/16/2011 | This document is U.S. Department of Agriculture's results of an air quality assessment in their subbasement office space. | Results show no beryllium and no elevated levels of any other contaminant. |
| 02/01/2011 | This document is the results of an indoor air quality assessment performed as part of an ongoing safety and environmental management plan. | Mold was detected above normal levels. Abatement of moldy materials was subsequently performed. Other results were: All buildings acceptable. |
