09/27/2010 This document from the Environmental Protection Agency highlights groundwater monitoring wells from the around Building 50 at Bannister. Results state that the Environmental Protection Agency notified the General Services Administration that well caps and sleeves had been damaged over time, possibly from landscaping equipment.

The Environmental Protection Agency conducted soil gas and well water sampling on the east and west and beneath Building 50 in accordance with the scope attached. Results pending from Environmental Protection Agency.

04/08/2009 This document contains the results of Periodic Groundwater Sampling at Buildings 4 and 50 at Bannister. The Environmental Protection Agency review determined that additional Periodic Groundwater Sampling was required. Environmental Protection Agency reviewed the Preliminary Assessment/Site Inspection report, accepted the results, but suggested some additional,limited investigation.
