The General Services Administration (GSA) has made the strategic decision to decertify as a Human Resource Line of Business (HR LOB) Provider, in order to focus resources on providing the best value real estate, acquisition, and technology services to agency customers. This process will include retiring current HR and Time & Attendance (T&A) Information Technology systems, (e.g. CHRIS, ETAMS, and ALOHA), selecting new HR and T&A IT providers, migrating to the new systems, and conducting training with staff and customers.
