GSA Federal Tenant Satisfaction Survey
The Tenant Satisfaction Survey is here!
Each year, employees in federally owned and leased buildings fill out this 6 minute survey. Input from tenants like you helps to ensure we are providing workspaces that "work" for you in accomplishing your agency's mission.
Facility Managers use the TSS survey data to help identify areas needing improvement and prioritize projects to address your feedback. For example, this past year a planned elevator overhaul was accelerated based on tenant feedback to reduce wait times and improve reliability. In another location, the Facility Management Team modified their Service Call procedure to improve response time and feedback to tenants on the resolution of their requests. Elsewhere survey responses helped to drive building system enhancements to resolve temperature issues and improve tenant comfort.
The 2016 TSS survey will launch on June 28 and continue through August 2. You will receive an email from "Federal Tenant Satisfaction Survey F-TSS@notify.gsa.gov" that will provide the survey link.
