Develops and maintains enterprisewide applications and shared services.
Manages GSA’s HSPD-12 program to ensure issuance of a common identification standard - the GSA Access Card - used for GSA employees and contractors to access GSA resources.
Implements the Identity Credential and Access Management program to ensure the GSA Access Card is used for physical (building) and system (applications) access across the agency.
Maintains GSA InSite and gsa.gov websites and hosts GSA blogs, wikis and other collaborative tools.
Provides Data Quality, Accessibility and Usability tools and procedures for agency systems.
