Refund and Substitution Policy

Refunds:

No refunds will be made for any course.

By providing 30+ days notice before the course start date, you may withdraw from the course and receive full credit that you or your agency may use in the future. Withdrawals that don't meet the 30-day minimum will result in a forfeiture of the course fee.

Substitute Students:

You may provide a substitute student to attend the course at any time prior to the start date.

Special Requests:

If you have an unusual situation and would like to petition for a special waiver for the course, you may send your request to the Travel Training Program.

GSA Travel Training Policy:

Our refund policy was implemented to ensure that all administrative costs to the government be covered, in the event of a cancellation.  Additionally, in order to hold a class, a minimum number of students must be present so that the viability of this program isn't affected.

Web Based Online Training:

There are no refunds after you have submitted the registration form and payment has been processed. Contact the Travel Training Program for additional information.
