Hannibal Federal Building, 801 Broadway, Hannibal, Missouri

More than 21,000 square feet of space is available at competitive rates for a fully serviced lease, which includes cleaning, maintenance and utilities.

The Hannibal Federal Building is in the historic business district of Hannibal and offers easy access to U.S. Highways 36 and 61. Amenities include: guarded security entrance, ADA certified access ramp, state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning, on-site post office, utilities, cleaning and maintenance services, automatic sprinklers, upgraded fire alarm system, and on-site property management.

Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri

A wide range of office space is available. Goodfellow is situated on a 23-building campus, near major interstate highways, St. Louis metro bus stops and an international airport, making it a convenient location for any business.

North Platte Federal Building, 300 E. 3rd St., North Platte, Nebraska

More than 18,000 square feet of space is currently available at competitive rates for a fully serviced lease, which includes cleaning, maintenance and utilities. GSA anticipates a portion of this space will be filled by a federal tenant and a portion will be available for non-federal tenants. The federal building is located in the central business district of downtown North Platte. Through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the government installed a new emergency management system; abated asbestos; repaired basement water damage; renovated restrooms; and replaced the cooling tower, boiler, cabinet unit heaters, plumbing fixtures, ceiling system, sidewalk, paint and flooring.
