Erville Koehler
Erville Koehler serves as the Regional Commissioner of GSA's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) in the Southeast Sunbelt Region.
He leads a team of dedicated public servants who provide vehicles, supplies, network services, personal property disposal, IT commodities and acquisition support to Federal agencies and the military located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North and South Carolina and Tennessee.
Prior to becoming the Regional Commissioner, Erv served as Director of the Network Services and Fleet Management Divisions in the Southeast Sunbelt Region. In Network Services, Erv was responsible for the procurement and management of voice and data services and developing new and exciting contract vehicles that resulted in
improved service and lower costs. In the Fleet Management Division, Erv was responsible for a fleet of more than 40,000 vehicles including acquisition, operations,
and disposal.
Before relocating to Atlanta, Erv served as the Budget Officer for the Federal Acquisition Service in the Washington DC area. Prior to joining GSA as an employee, Erv provided performance management support to GSA and other Federal Agencies as a consultant. He began his career as a private sector contract administrator in 1991.
Erv has a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master of business administration degree from Marymount University. He is also a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and has a masters certificate in federal contracting from George Washington University.
