Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza, Milwaukee

310 West Wisconsin Avenue
Milwaukee, WI 53202
The Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza is a fine example of public-private partnership as envisioned by its namesake, former U.S. Representative Henry Reuss. The building's modernist, multi-faceted blue glass facade exemplifies dramatic early 1980's architecture.
The open air atrium features bi-weekly public art displays and classical piano concerts every Wednesday. National Public Radio and ESPN Radio both broadcast live from the building each day.
In the latest GSA/Gallup Customer Satisfaction Survey (spring 2011), 94% of Reuss East Tower tenants and 80% of Reuss West Tower tenants assigned a rating of "more than satisfied" (four or above on a five-point scale) for the facilities and GSA services.
