Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza, Milwaukee
310 West Wisconsin Avenue
Milwaukee, WI 53202
The Henry S. Reuss Federal Plaza is a fine example of public-private partnership as envisioned by its namesake, former U.S. Representative Henry Schoellkopf Reuss. The building's multi-faceted blue-glass facade exemplifies dramatic early 1980's Modernist architecture.
The open air atrium features bi-weekly public art displays and classical piano concerts every Wednesday. National Public Radio and ESPN Radio both broadcast live from the building each day.
In the latest (2011) GSA Tenant Satisfaction Survey, 94% of Reuss East Tower tenants and 80% of Reuss West Tower tenants gave a rating of more than satisfied (four or five on a five-point scale) for the facilities and GSA services.
