Mickey Leland Federal Building
The Mickey Leland Building is located at 1919 Smith Street, on the southwest edge of downtown Houston, immediately adjacent to the I-45 Interstate. It was recognized as an ENERGY STAR® qualified building in 2000.
Amenities include a cafeteria, deli, federal credit union and public health services. The 22-story building also has a detached six-story parking structure.
