The Office of Client Solutions identifies and builds relationships with PBS customers. Through research and frequent interaction with agency representatives, the Account Managers gather intelligence concerning the facility strategies of our clients. Through constant knowledgeable and informed communications, the Client Solutions staff proactively seeks out ways to make customers mindful of GSA’s resources, and how those resources may help them to reach their goals.
The customer account assignments have been distributed to ensure that our clients receive concentrated attention. The Regional Account Managers (RAMs) are responsible for developing and maintaining the regional strategy that it outlined in our customer’s National Account Plans.
