Use of contract air fares are mandatory for coach class service (City Pair Program) only. If other than Coach Class service has been authorized in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation (301-10.123), use of City Pair Program business class fares may be used if economical, but are only mandated if required by your agency/organization.
