DFC Building 810
Building 810 was originally constructed in 1963 for GSA’s Federal Supply Service, now the Federal Acquisition Service. Today the one-story, red brick building offers a mix of office, laboratory, and warehouse space.
Work to take place south of Building 810
With winter approaching, you may see work being done to improve a dirt road and open field area south of Building 810. During our snow removal season, it's necessary to push and pile snow into designated areas in each of our parking lots. After each snow event, it's critical to tenant safety that the piles are removed from the parking lots and hauled to a snow storage lot before the snow can melt and pose a slipping hazard. The lot we are building south of Building 810 will allow us to haul the piled snow to the lot so it can safely melt and not pose a safety hazard to our tenants.
Creative Expression Welcome in Building 810
The arts have played a significant role in shaping our country’s culture and legacy. They are a part of our daily lives and often shape our environment and mood. Building 810 decided to take advantage of some of that raw, hidden tenant talent and brighten up the bare hallway walls in the building. A small group of people formed an art committee who subsequently set out to connect with some of the building's talent.
We are grateful and proud to share that the building currently features the creative work of six tenant artists. The hallways are now filled with color and stories that help enhance the overall building environment. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and see these works of art for yourself.
Currently, there is 51,921 rentable square feet of vacant space in the building. Agencies interested in leasing federal space in Building 810 should contact the DFC realty specialist.
