GSA Invites You to Attend Client Enrichment Webinars
The GSA Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Caribbean, and New England Regions have partnered to host a Client Enrichment Webinar Series. The series began in April, with a goal of offering our clients an overview of three areas: sustainability, GSA leasing, and GSA pricing policy. Sustainability 101 was held in April, providing clients with a general introduction to sustainability (energy, water, and recycling) with specifics on the guiding principles for federal leadership in high performance and sustainable federal buildings. Below is a brief description of the remaining upcoming webinars with an invitation to attend:
Leasing 101: May 30, 2013
This workshop will cover GSA Leasing options and the overall process from requirements development, to the lease acquisition, construction, and finally your occupancy.
Pricing 101: June 27, 2013
This session will provide an overview of the pricing policy including pricing principles, space pricing, a review of the Occupancy Agreement (OA), space measurement, building shell, Tenant Improvements (TI), operating costs, real estate taxes, antennas, parking, the PBS fee, joint use space, cancellation rights, return of space, and move policy.
