About Winners
Winner is the highest achievement awarded to a federal initiative, innovation, or project submitted to the annual GSA Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation. Winners are exemplary asset management or sustainability projects, recognized by an independent panel of jurors for originality, effectiveness, quantitative analysis, and replicability. A Winner is the most outstanding of all entries submitted to the Achievement Award.
