Electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control (eCPIC)
The Electronic Capital Planning and Investment Control System (eCPIC) (pronounced E-see-pick) is a web-based, government-owned technology solution that automates capital planning and portfolio management practices. Federal agencies use eCPIC to manage information technology (IT) and non-IT portfolios plus make submissions to the Federal IT Dashboard.
GSA is a member of and active participant in the consortium of federal agencies that fund and govern the development, management and operation of the eCPIC tool.
Other member agencies using eCPIC include: Department of Energy, Department of Labor, Department of Agriculture, Housing and Urban Development, Environmental Protection Agency, Social Security Administration, Department of Justice, Department of Commerce, Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Personnel Management, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Education, National Archives, Small Business Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
