GSA’s Rocky Mountain Region is committed to sustainability and, as a result, our region is the one of the greenest in the nation with the most LEED® Accredited Professionals and a highly committed Green Team. We continually partner with customers, contractors, and other community stakeholders to ensure that our products and services make both environmental and financial sense. Our on-going collaboration with the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Interior, Department of Agriculture, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory demonstrate our commitment to sustainability in government.

Customers in each of our six states (Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming) can look forward to many green projects and initiatives over the coming year, including:

  • Construction of an energy-efficient, LEED®-certified federal courthouse in Billings, Montana
  • Installation of roof and ground-mounted photovoltaic panels throughout the Denver Federal Center
  • Increased availability of alternative fuel vehicles, including hybrid electric and E85 vehicles

GSA is dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs at all levels, from supporting daily operations to fulfilling the unique requirements inherent to each agency. We look forward to working with all of our customers to provide the spectrum of products and services they need to meet their goals.
