The Denver Federal Center (DFC) is located adjacent to the foothills of the Colorado Rockies and is only minutes from downtown Denver. The Center houses 28 different agencies in 44 federal buildings, totaling four million square feet of rentable space, occupy the 623-acre campus. Agency tenants with facility related questions or concerns should contact (888) 999-4777.
Visitor Access: The DFC is open to the public from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Visitors must stop and show identification, (i.e., government ID or a driver's license) to enter. Please be prepared to present a valid drivers license and current vehicle registration at the gates:

Parking: Parking throughout the DFC is open to visitors unless specifically designated. Visitor spaces are located near entrances to the buildings. Parking spaces are designated as 30 minute, one hour or two hour spaces.
Amenities: The numerous amenities within the DFC complex include child care facility, credit unions, food services, health unit, a wellness center, a museum and security. For a detailed list of amenities, view the DFC Amenities [PDF 167KB].
Security & Access: Employees with questions regarding the HSPD-12 card should be directed to the Regional Security Office.

Going Green: The DFC is committed to becoming one of the most sustainable campus in the United States by the year 2020. To do this, we are working on a variety of projects that allow us to be more eco-friendly. Solar park tours: The public is welcome to come to the DFC at your convenience and experience a self-guided solar park tour with on site interpretive signs. That park is located off of North Avenue and Third Street, visible to those driving along 6th Avenue. The DFC is open to the public during the hours of 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
