Our Emerging Leaders Program/Entry Level Program (ELP) facilitates the college-to-career transition by providing opportunities for recent college graduates in a variety of career tracks, including: Program Analyst, Contract Specialist, Financial Management Analyst, IT Specialist, Building Management Specialist, Realty Specialist, Project Management and Asset Management. ELP participants will:
- participate in work experiences, training, networking, and developmental opportunities designed to build technical and leadership skills; and
- develop a broad knowledge of the agency and its core functions.

These programs offer invaluable, career-defining and preparation experiences, and range from paid summer internships to career development programs that may lead to a permanent job.

|Recent Graduates Program (ELP)||Provides developmental work experience with the intent of promoting careers in the Federal Government to individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions or programs.||
Individuals must apply within two years of completing degree or certificate requirements.
|The Recent Graduates program offers the potential for a permanent position upon completion of the 1-year developmental program.|
|Presidential Management Fellows Program (PMF)||Designed to develop a cadre of potential Federal Government leaders. It offers exceptional students the opportunity to apply for a career in public service.||Individuals who have a qualifying advanced degree (e.g., masters or professional degree) completed within the past two years are eligible to apply for entry-level positions in the PMF.||At the end of the fellowship, you have invaluable and prestigious experience - and potential for a permanent position at GSA.|
|Intern Program||Designed to provide students enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions, from high school to graduate level, with opportunities to work in agencies and explore Federal careers while still in school and while getting paid for the work performed.||Individuals who are currently enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions from high school to graduate level.||Students who successfully complete the program may be eligible for a permanent job in the civil service.|
