The Acquisition Gateway is a workspace for the federal acquisition workforce. The Gateway is designed to assist acquisition professionals. At this time, the Gateway is only available to federal government users; but soon, everyone will have access to the site’s public information.
On Friday, Jan. 29, we will be opening up the site for public view. Our industry partners will be able to view the hallways and experience the functionality that is available to the federal contracting workforce within the gateway.
Federal acquisition professionals use the Gateway to:
*Build acquisition projects;
*Find historical prices-paid for products/services;
*Seek advice from product/service category experts;
*Compare government-wide contract vehicles and solutions;
*Search a Statement of Work (SOW) library as a reference for similar procurements;
*View active and closed Requests for Quote (RFQs) from FY14 onward for reference on similar procurements
Federal acquisition professionals also use the Acquisition Gateway to connect with peers and other experts for collaboration and assistance. Users can find solution comparisons, tools, templates, success stories, and prices-paid data.
