Old Post Office Building

Old Post Office (OPO)
Open to the public.

1100 Pennsylvania Ave, NW
Washington, DC 20004

Completed in 1899 as a home for the rapidly growing U.S. Postal Service, the Old Post Office building was the first federal building constructed within the 'Federal Triangle.' Although it was one of the largest federal buildings at the time of its completion, the U.S. Postal Service outgrew the building before it was finished. In 2013, the U.S. General Services Administration leased the property for 60 years to The Trump Organization.
