Built in 1966, the Federal Building at 650 Missouri Avenue is adjacent to the Melvin Price U.S. Courthouse in the central business district of East St. Louis, Illinois. The building, primarily used for court-related agencies and the Social Security Administration features a penthouse and flat roof.

Public Parking and Transportation

Major tenants include U.S. Probation, Public Defender, and the Social Security Administration. Other tenants include the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Trustees. In the latest (2015) Tenant Satisfaction Survey, 56% of respondents gave a four or five rating (on a five-point scale) for the building and GSA services.
