Governmentwide Travel Advisory Committee (GTAC)
The Government-wide Travel Advisory Committee’s (GTAC) final report was delivered to the U.S. General Services Administration, via the Designated Federal Officer responsible for the GTAC, March 4, 2015, and completes all requirements of the GTAC Federal Advisory Committee Charter. The GTAC’s report addresses improvements and recommendations to increase travel efficiency and effectiveness, reduce costs, promote sustainability, and incorporate industry best practices. GSA will collaborate with the agency travel directors to formulate the responses to each of the recommendations. The proposed response to the recommendations will be vetted with the Senior Travel Officials Council for consensus and concurrence for implementation. GSA will post a final response to the report and recommendations no later than July 31, 2015 to www.gsa.gov/gtac.
