This federally-owned one-story warehouse, located in Dayton’s industrial market, houses the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The most recent (2013) GSA Tenant Satisfaction Survey resulted in an 73% more than satisfied rating (four or five on a five-point scale) with the facility and GSA services.

Parking and Public Transportation Public parking is located next to the building; public transportation is within walking distance. 

History and Architecture This National Archives building was remodeled in the mid-1970s. During the remodeling, metal siding was added to the building and the roof was replaced.
