GSA, OPM Focus on Work Force Issues at Telework Town Hall Meeting

GSA Administrator Martha Johnson and Office of Personnel Management Director John Berry will kick off the fall 2010 Telework Exchange town hall, examining the current state of telework and critical next steps to help government agencies adopt and implement successful telework programs.  Telework is a key component of many agencies’ missions to address a more sustainable government.

The Oct. 7 event at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C is free for all government employees. GSA is a sponsor of the event.

Featuring more than 20 federal agency speakers, the town hall will bring together agency executives, program managers, telework advisers, industry partners, and affiliated organizations to discuss telework issues and explore the government’s best in telework performance, management, and technology. This year’s program consists of two tracks, focusing on telework management and telework technology.
