Zorinsky Building Access

The main employee entrance is located on the north side of the building. Employees will be required to go through a security turnstile checkpoint. The south entrance is for visitors, employees, and those connected to Child Care. This entrance will require security screening to gain entrance.

After Hours Access

Employees can access the building after hours through the north or south main entrances by using a key card. This card works throughout the building. Employees are issued key cards based on the individual needs and authorization by the agencies.

Building Key Cards

Report any lost or stolen cards immediately to the GSA Property Management Office. Replacement cards can be purchased for $25. Smart cards and access cards can be enrolled by appointment only.

If you encounter problems accessing any part of the building, or you cannot get into the building after normal duty hours, you will need to report it through your agency's designated official.

Building Keys

GSA will initially issue keys to each agency (for their space) upon occupancy of the premises.

Any additional keys required may be purchased at a cost of $3 per key from the GSA Property Management Office.

Locks and Emergency Access

If you wish to change the locks on your suite/room or install an internal security system, a copy of the key, and/or appropriate security codes to grant access must be provide to the building manager. This information will be kept in a sealed envelope and locked in our safe. This allows appropriate personnel entry into your suite in the event of an emergency.

If this is not acceptable, the alternative is to provide the building manager with an agency point of contact (name and phone number) and at least two alternates should we need access to your agency’s space in an emergency. This individual must be able to speak for the agency and respond should an emergency arise.

Note: If the locks are changed, they must be re-keyed to the building standard at the tenant's expense before the tenant vacates the premises.
