Strategy & Performance Management

Through comparative analysis of GSA’s achievements, the Strategy and Performance Management Division provides IT investment outcome assessments and supports the alignment of GSA IT and financial management. The Strategy and Performance Management Division manages budget formulation activities, monitors IT spending, manages ongoing GSA IT budget activities and provides support for data calls and reporting.

The Strategy and Performance Management Division is comprised of three key service areas, including:

  • IT Budget Management;
  • IT Workforce Planning; and
  • IT Benefits Realization.
