The Office of Civil Rights hosted a Limited English Proficiency Program Town Hall for the Greater Southwest Region.  During the town hall, Madeline Caliendo, Associate Administrator for the Office of Civil Rights, along with DeWayne Harley and Evelyn Britton, provided an overview about the LEP Program as well as discussions about who LEP individuals are and what tools are available to reduce communication barriers with GSA.  The LEP Program contributes to GSA’s goal to be an open and transparent federal agency.
