GSA Supports Customers with Acquisition Requirements at Florida Training Seminars

On February 24th and 25th 2015, the Region 4 Customer Accounts & Research (CAR) team held two Acquisition Seminars for customers at MacDill AFB Tampa & the Orlando Research Park (Army PEOSTRI & NAWCTSD). The GSA team presenting was made up of CAR Customer Service Directors, Robb Back and Warren Richey; Alliant Business Development Manager, Junaid Shah; and Small Business GWAC Contracting Officer and Business Development Specialists, Misty Dunnington and Jihyun Huyck. This interactive training allowed GSA to help multiple customers with their Acquisition Requirements LIVE during the training session.  This information-packed seminar was filled with tips, techniques and practical examples of how to conduct market research; a comprehensive overview of the solutions GSA offers; and a preview of the latest enhancements to GSA eTools. The attendees received 8 CLP credits for classes on GSA Overview and Air Force Advantage, GSA Schedules eLibrary, GSA Reverse Auctions, GSA eBuy, Green Procurement using GSA Advantage! and Global Supply, Alliant SB, and OASIS Overview. .
