Jolene Lester serves as the White House Liaison at the U.S. General Services Administration.

Jolene represents the agency throughout the executive branch and supports the priorities of the White House and GSA by fostering relationships between both organizations and other federal government agencies.

Lester joined the GSA as Special Assistant to the Administrator in 2013, developing in-depth knowledge of the agency’s inner workings and key initiatives.

Lester has served in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel. There, she learned the processes and procedures concerning the support and development of political appointees serving President Obama's administration.

Earlier, she worked in the nonprofit sector and on the 2008 Obama for America campaign, where she worked across five states, including her home state of Florida during the general election.

Jolene has a keen lifelong passion for public service which led her to serve with AmeriCorps as a Community Organizer for One Family, Inc. in Boston. There, she formed and maintained stakeholder relationships, raised awareness about family homelessness and affordable housing, and encouraged collaboration across the scholastic, faith, and nonprofit communities.

Jolene is a graduate of Villanova University.
