GSA tenants who moved from the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Ft. Snelling, Minn., during Recovery Act project work are now being housed in the Norman Pointe II leased office building.

The LEED® certified building is 10 stories, 322,000 square feet with an enclosed five-story landscaped courtyard connecting the building to the parking ramp. The office tower is located in the Norman Pointe Office Park in Bloomington, with excellent visibility along Highways 100 and I-494.

Key Tenants The building is the temporary home to local offices of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, various agencies within the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and GSA's Minnesota / Wisconsin Property Management Service Center.
